Who Is This For?: Ongoing ease of mind service for caregivers who are out of town, out of state, out of country — or local with busy schedules. Nurse Michele visits your aging loved one in person and reports back with any concerns. Visits are available once or twice a month.

Vacation Coverage

Vacation Wellness Check-ins

Who Is This For?: Short-term coverage for local or long-distance family caregivers heading out on vacation, a mini getaway, or a work trip who need someone to check on their aging loved one while they're away — so they can relax and enjoy their time off, knowing someone has eyes on their loved one.

What's Included:
  • 45-minute visits, up to 3 times a week
  • Home safety assessment
  • Vital signs check (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation)
  • Social interaction
  • Light tidy-up as needed
  • Written family update after each visit

Package
  • 1–7 day vacation: $270
  • 8–14 day vacation: $520

Visits to other parts of New York City, Westchester County, or Eastern Suffolk County (past Islip) can be arranged for an additional travel fee — just reach out to discuss.
Please note that the Check-ins are not a replacement for emergency services or medical visits. Check-in visits are currently not covered by insurance. Payment accepted via debit/credit card. As an RN, Nurse Michele is a mandated state reported to adult protective services or child protective services if any negligence or abuse is suspected/observed.
