My name is Michele Allen (aka Nurse Michele) and I am a Registered Nurse in the New York City area. I have over 15 years experience in the area of Home Care. I love home care and I love visiting with my patients.  Just as much as I love seeing my patients I love speaking with their families/caregivers. I relate to my family caregivers on a professional level, but I also add some personal aspects from things I have experienced in my own family-life.  This way they know they are not alone on this caregiving journey.  My husband and I are caregivers (in some way) to a handful of family members. So believe me I understand!
